About

This newly renovated cabin is surrounded by game lands along Windslow Hill. We are located right in Benezette off of route 555. We are in close proximity to the visitor center and the elk viewing areas. There are many hiking trails, hunting, fishing, and kayaking/canoeing areas. Comfortably sleeps 5. We have recently added WIFI and an outdoor hot tub. We also offer a private food plot out the back door of the cabin.

Good to know

The cabin comfortably sleeps 5. Queen and full bed upstairs in a shared space (curtain divider) upstairs, and a queen sofa sleeper downstairs. We have WIFI and an outdoor hot tub. We do provide linen and towels as well as pillows. Firewood can be purchased on site (Please note, you are more than welcome to bring your own firewood), kitchen utensils/pots and pans, card games, dvds and dvd player, smart televisions. The coffee pot is a regular type coffee pot and we do provide filters. Just bring your favorite coffee to sip while watching the wildlife graze the yard. Please be advised in winter this road has no winter maintenance. We recommend an SUV or Higher sitting vehicle to get to our cabin as our road is not a township road.

Other Details to Note

Our lane is private and maintained by camp owners. Please bring a higher sitting SUV or Truck as this lane can be considered "rough".

Beautiful cabin and secluded getaway! Highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful weekend. The cabin was clean, easy check-in process and the hosts were proactive on instructions. The cabin had games and useful kitchen utensils for the weekend. We loved the guest book and local recommendations. This location is close to great hiking and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the night!

Our family typically comes up to Driftwood in our camper multiple times a year, this time we decided the parents needed a night out, I found this cabin, and honestly it’s breathtaking. The cabin alone is beautiful and the area surrounding it. It’s a perfect little get away, and something I would definitely book again for our camping off season.

What a fantastic cabin in the woods. Clean. Well equipped. Hot tub. We had such a relaxing time. Communication was almost instant. Easy check in and out. We took it slow up the dirt road with our trailer. No problems. Plenty of room to drop the trailer. Driveway goes around entire cabin so hitching up and leaving was easy.

Great stay at the cabin in the woods. Close enough to surrounding towns to get food, groceries, and enjoy wineries. House was as described and Jeff and Tara were very proactive and responsive. Yes, the road was rough, but we had no issues with our SUV. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Would stay here again.

The cabin was a very nice stay though admittedly the driveway is pretty abysmal haha. I made it up in my front wheel sedan but not without scraping the bottom here and there, though if you have an SUV this is your place! It was such an amazing getaway experience especially as a couple without kids!

Secluded getaway that was perfect for the weekend! The cabin was clean, functional and the beds particularly were very comfy! What a beautiful setting to drink your morning coffee in the hot tub!

Jeff and Tara’s place was a wonderful place for a family getaway! The cabin was clean and had all of the necessary items for us to be able to enjoy our stay. The quiet atmosphere made for great relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

The property is absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect weekend getaway, peaceful, quiet and a very nice cabin. We really enjoyed the hot tub also. Tara and Jeff were so quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We will definately go back again!
